GENERAL INFORMATION AND POLICY SHEET
OVERALL POLICY:
Hollywood Launch is an audition based program that is only open to new members once
each season. If you are offered a valuable place in our program, please understand that
this is a six month commitment (two Saturdays a month). If you agree to reserve your
spot in Hollywood Launch, financially you are responsible to make that commitment.
Time-wise, it is important to make each scheduled class. Given that we will be bringing
in different guests for master classes each week, if you miss one there is no way to make
it up. There is some flexibility in missing the hip hop for vocal artists class as long as you
give us notice that you will not be there. Arrangements can be made for you to make up
that hour in one of the dance classes at The Rage, but it won’t be with the specific
emphasis on hip hop for vocal artists.
Many of our Hollywood Launch members have entertainment careers, and it is understood
that there may be some classes missed due to work, etc. Please understand, however,
that there are no refunds, and that you are making a financial commitment to the full
(12 Saturdays) program, July 19, 2008 through December 20, 2008.
I understand and accept that Hollywood Launch is a commitment that runs from Saturday,
July 19, 2008 through Saturday, December 20, 2008, and I am responsible for the total fee
of $1800.00 for this program as well as a registration fee of $25.00 payable as noted below.
In exchange for securing a place for my child in Hollywood Launch, I agree to this financial
commitment.

PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE
I understand that Hollywood Launch is an entertainment company that will seek
opportunities for professional engagements for its members. To that end, I understand
and agree that Hollywood Launch has the right to take still pictures, video pictures,
vocal recordings, and the like for promotional purposes and for advertising purposes,
for inclusion in press kids and for any and all other purposes as it relates to Hollywood
Launch.
EXCUSING ABSENCES
Please contact via e-mail Karla Huff at info@dreamtalentmanagement.com if you know
you will be absent from any Saturday sessions.
CHOREOGRAPHY
All choreography is the property of The Rage Entertainment Complex and Hollywood
Launch, and as such, may not be used or represented in any other program, whether
competitors or not, without the prior approval of Hollywood Launch. Any showcasing
of Hollywood Launch talent utilizing the dancers provided by Hollywood Launch must
obtain prior approval by Hollywood Launch, whether or not the event or showcase is
for compensation.
LUNCH BREAK
There is a one hour lunch break from 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. each Saturday session.
It is expected that all students will bring a sack lunch and stay on our premises during
that lunch break unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. With prior written
approval from their parent or guardian, students may leave our facility at lunch time,
and Hollywood Launch will not be held responsible for their activities off of our premises.
DROP OFF AND PICK UP
If you choose to drop your child off at Hollywood Launch, it is your responsibility to be
there to pick them up within ten minutes of the end of the days’ activities (generally no
later than 6:00 p.m.). If this does not happen, you will be charged $1.00 per minute until
the child is under adult supervision and picked up. No children can wait in the parking lot
for their parents, family or friends.
